The BCMOS head office is in Vancouver, BC. Feel free to contact us anytime, by phone, fax or email, with questions or observations about our programs. During the summer hiking season (mid-May to the end of August), BCMOS also runs an office at Pacific Spirit Regional Park, through which you can make bookings. Please don't contact this office out of season, as it is not staffed year-round.

The Sam Sullivan Disability Foundation comprises of six affiliated societies:

Vancouver Adapted Music Society: Development through music composition and performance.
